Well maintained and spacious room
In our superior room the TV remote control was without batteries, on request changed, coffee machine does not work. After 3/4 hours we checked out without coffee.

The staff was very friendly, both at check-in, as well as at breakfast. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and there was a large selection of different cold cuts and cheeses, as well as cereals, fresh fruits and vegetables. The rooms were clean and tidy.
The rooms are very clean and look a bit cold. But that's just a really small minus point, as this is a very subjective point of view.

The staff was very friendly and helpful in all things.
For people with gluten intolerance, eating is a particularly sensitive topic. What I lacked despite the effort of the staff, was an offer for sweet breakfast. Other travelers can, for example, have cake and danish, I unfortunately had no choice.

Breakfast to write home about
The breakfast spread was really good, with options like made-to-order eggs and a good selection of pastries. The friendly atmosphere.
My room faced a less appealing view, which took away some charm from the experience. The internet connection was surprisingly slow at times.

The staff at the front desk was especially positive and warm, which immediately gives a pleasant feeling and has embellished the stay!

The breakfast room is being rebuilt; therefore, a provisional breakfast room is set up in the seminar room. This is very unpleasant: ventilation was too strong, no good atmosphere, old furniture, do not turn up the breakfast selection. Such a circumstance must be communicated to the customer at an early stage.

Proximity to shopping, spacious rooms, modern design
Fitness facilities are outdated!!! Air conditioning struggles to cool rooms effectively!!! Parking situation is frustrating, with costs that aren't clearly communicated!!! Slow internet connection adds to the inconvenience!!! Room amenities need attention!!!

We stayed in NH Erlangen for a business trip. The hotel is of very good standard and in nice location of the city - close to the main railway station and old city can be reached very easily as well. Sometimes in the network hotels you can meet indifferent staff, but this was definately not the case with NH Erlangen! All the staff was very nice and welcoming, but our special thanks to Kim at the reception!
I would recommend to provide all the guests with a free Wi-Fi connection without any limitation to 24 hours. We stayed for 3 nights and had to ask for the password for 3 times. Of course it's a minor thing, but the only one I can really think of.

The room was comfortable with a nice temperature control feature. I loved the kettle and selection of teas provided. It was also super clean and quiet, which allowed me to relax after a busy day. The pillows could've been better. They weren't very supportive. A pretty solid stay.

its location was genious. The staff was extremely friendly and the fact that the majority of them spoke English made it easy for us. Room service and cleaning did a very good job.
There were no bellboys to help with the luggage upon arrival or departure of guests. The Wi Fi net service was awful, you need to get a new password for using the net everyday, and it didn't work properly, usually it went on and off all the time.

The front desk staff were very good and all areas of the hotel were very clean.
The standard of the room was good but the rates are expensive for what one gets. The fitness equipment is very basic, breakfast is very expensive but the poorest aspect is that the bar restaurant is frequently empty of staff and there is no way to summon them for assistance.
